No one in my house seems to like American Buttercream Frosting; It’s too sweet and I find the texture too grainy irrespective of what recipe I’ve tried. So i’m always experimenting with alternatives, and this one seems to have gotten the best response so far. It’s an easy, pourable glaze and works well on any cake.
Serving: Covers a 9″x 13″ cake
100 grams chocolate
25 grams butter
- In a saucepan on medium heat, melt the chocolate with the butter and milk. Stir until glaze is smooth and shiny.
- Allow to cool for few minutes and then pour over the cake.
